It was the Bachelor Nation bombshell heard around the world. Ever since Jenn’s reveal that Devin followed Maria after their breakup following The Bachelorette Season 21 finale, fans have had endless questions as to whether Devin and Maria are together now and what really happened between them and Jenn. Long story short, Devin isn’t the only contestant from Jenn’s Bachelorette season that Maria has been linked to.

Devin Strader, a 28-year-old Freight Company Owner from Rosenberg, Texas, was the winner of The Bachelorette Season 21 with Jenn Tran. Jenn gave her final rose to Devin in The Bachelorette Season 21 finale and the two got engaged. However, during The Bachelorette Season 21 “After the Final Rose” special, Jenn revealed that Devin broke up with her and ended their engagement over the phone weeks prior to The Bachelorette Season 21 finale airing

She also accused Devin of following Maria Georgas, her cast mate from The Bachelor Season 28 with Joey Graziadei, the day after their split, which Devin didn’t deny. “What I can’t understand is everything that you did after we’ve broken our engagement,” Jenn said.. “Ending the engagement on a phone call, and the next day, I wake up to you following girls on Instagram — not just any girl, but Maria. Not only is that so disrespectful to everything that we had shared together, I just don’t understand it.”

Jenn continued, “Why you would do something like that? Because it completely invalidated our entire relationship, everything that I had felt for you, everything that we’d felt for each other.” Devin responded, “Obviously I failed you. And there’s nothing I can say other than that. But, everything I felt for you was real.”

Are Jenn and Devin still together from The Bachelorette Season 21?

As of writing, Devin no longer follows Maria after The Bachelorette Season 21 finale. Maria, for her part, also doesn’t follow Devin, so it’s likely the two have no relationship. Devin, however, does follow Lauren Hollinger, another of Jenn’s cast mates from The Bachelor Season 28. Lauren also follows Devin back. Jenn also follows Lauren, who also follows her back.

Ever since Jenn’s reveal during The Bachelorette Season 21 “After the Final Rose” special that Devin followed Maria after their breakup, fans have called on Maria to not date Devin in support of Jenn. “María block Devin! Let us girls support girls,” a user commented on her Instagram. Another user wrote, “Please don’t date Devon whatever you do you can do much much better. He has serious issues.” One more user added, “Hope you blocked Devin.”

Though Maria seems to have no relationship with Devin after The Bachelorette Season 21 finale, the same can’t be said about all of Jenn’s contestants. The week before The Bachelorette Season 21 finale, Maria shared an Instagram Story of her and Jenn’s fourth-place finalist, Jeremy Simon, who was sent home after Hometown Dates. “I just want to say for all the people that came out and celebrated me. I fucking love you. Last night was crazier than expected but I am insanely grateful,” Maria captioned the photo, which included a series of photobooth strips of her, Jeremy, and other friends.

Along with the photobooth strips, Season 20 Bachelorette Charity Lawson also shared a TikTok that hinted that Maria and Jeremy were more than just friends. “dont worry about it 👀” Charity captioned a video of Maria and Jeremy dancing as Jeremy checked out Maria from the behind. Charity added in a comment, “i love chaos- and yall prove my point everyday on this app 💀😂” Charity also hinted that she was the one who introduced Maria and Jeremy after Jeemy’s elimination on The Bachelorette Season 21. “Charity, MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!” a fan commented, to which Charity responded, “call me cupid”

TikTok user @sedonagaard also shared a TikTok of her running into Maria and Jeremy in the club. “So sorry Maria and jer bear for screaming in ur face I got too excited,” the user captioned a TikTok video of Maria and Jeremy dancing. The video also saw Maria calling Jeremy her “brother from another mother,” which fans also interpreted as her friendzoning him. “Jeremy heard “brother from another mother” and died a little inside 😂,” a user wrote.

Jenn and Maria previously had drama when Maria claimed on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in May 2024 where Maria claimed that she was originally offered the role to be the Season 21 Bachelorette and the job was so “set in stone” that she had already done fittings for it. “It was mine until I said it wasn’t,” Maria said.  “It became very overwhelming to the point where I had to decline.”

Though everyone around her was “so excited” for her to be the next Bachelorette, Maria explained that she turned the role down because wasn’t in the “right headspace” for it. “Why am I not excited about this?” she recalled asking herself. “It took me realizing that it’s not my time where I was like, guys, respectfully, I need to decline. I need to take a step back. I was not in the right headspace for this.” She confessed that she “didn’t want to waste anyone’s time,” empathizing with the “extensive process” contestants go through to be on the show.

In her own interview with “Call Her Daddy” in July 2024, Jenn denied Maria’s “narrative” that she wouldn’t have been the Season 29 Bachelorette if Maria hadn’t turned the role down. “The truth of the matter is, there’s a lot of narratives out there and they’re not necessarily the truth,” she said. “This show has been going on for years and years – 21 years of this show specifically – and every season there are multiple people in contention for the role. Multiple people are doing interviews or doing fittings or filming intro packages. And it’s never really you until it’s you. That’s why I was a little disappointed. The narratives out there aren’t exactly true.”

The Bachelorette airs on Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC. Stream it on Hulu
