So, you love sparkly, glittery eyeshadows? And you love K-Beauty? I got you! If you want a beautiful glittery eyeshadow that works alone or over your favorite eyeshadow might I recommend Blessed Moon Like a Shadow? Oddly, these little shadows don’t come cheap! We all associate K-Beauty which awesome formulas and inexpensive prices but Blessed Moon Like a Shadow are $18 bucks a pop. But trust me, they’re gorgeous. I truly believe that Korean and Japanese makeup brands excel are creating sparkly shadows!
Blessed Moon Like a Shadow are available in six shade selections and come housed in a small square compact with a push to open on the lid. They compacts also, include a rather generously sized mirror inside. Each shade is 0.10 oz in size. I wouldn’t dare compare this formula to Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow because it’s so much better but for reference Moondust Eyeshadows are 0.06 oz and $24 each (although, they do go on sale for $12 from time to time like this past Black Friday).
This formula is a sparkle finish but I’d go so far to say it almost has a glitter-like look. Unfortunately, my photos fail to show how truly sparkly it is but trust me the sparkle is stunning and it catches the light in such a beautiful way.
The formula is a finely-milled pigment that almost feels like a cross between a cream and a powder. The shadows are formulated with an oil coating to minimize fallout which is true when applying with a finger tip (I get a little bit of fall out when applying with a brush but honestly, application with a blush is a lot harder in my opinion!). I have all the shades but I’m featuring my favorite on in this post but which is Shall We Peach. This is a light, sparkly peach with fine particles of gold and silver sparkle.
With the Holidays around the corner I always feel like wearing sparkly, glittery eye looks to parties, evenings out, and other events! Blessed Moond Like a Shadow are the perfect addition to a Holiday look!
