Hello, Hex Squad! Today I’m sharing Pride Makeup Looks and Inspiration 2024. The first makeup look in this post is the first Pride makeup look of 2024 that I’ve done. Colored mascara can be so much fun, so I used pink and blue mascara for my bi pride look.
A Note from Cordelia
It’s been tough seeing how changes in search engines have redirected much of the traffic that used to come to blogs like mine. If you’ve enjoyed the journey with me and want to help keep the magic alive, please consider sharing my posts on platforms like Reddit, Pinterest, Quora, and LinkedIn. Every share truly helps to spread the love and keep our community vibrant. I appreciate each and every one of you! 🌟 Let’s keep creating together!
Why Pride Matters
If you’re wondering why Pride is important, it’s because there are still people out there who believe they’re better off unalive than being queer. No one deserves to be bullied for the way they are born or because they are queer.
LGBTQIA2S+ youth are more than 4 times as likely to attempt suicide than their peers according to the Trevor Project. If you are ever in need of help, reach out to the Trevor Project, they’re available 24/7. They’re a great company to donate to if you want to help the queer community too. And no, this is not a sponsored post by the Trevor Project. I love the work they do!

Eyes How-To
This was actually a very quick and easy but impactful eye look to put together.
- After applying primer, I used an angled brush to work the black matte into the roots of the upper lash line, then flicked it out as a wing towards the tail of my brow.
- With a smoky liner brush I blended the purple matte close to the lashline at the inner lid and made it wider as I worked towards the tail of my brow.
- Using another smoky liner brush I blended the hot pink into the purple and above it at the outer lid, towards the tail of my brow.
- With a big fluffy brush I dipped into both Cold and New and used that through my crease and faded it upwards towards my brow as a soft subtle transition shade.
- After applying glitter primer, I used my fingertip to tap and blend the purple glitter onto my lid.
- I used the matte black one more time to add more dimension at the outer wing.
- With a small shader brush I applied Asterion to the lower lid.
- Using a flat liner brush, I stamped Inner World along the lower lid near the lower lash line.
- Nyx Quartz Queen was perfect to use at the inner corner and inner lower lash line to brighten a bit.
- After curling my lashes, I applied ShantaQuilette to my upper lashes, then used Nola on my lower lashes.

What’s the difference between bisexual and pansexual?
Let’s demystify some terms! Bisexuality and pansexuality are both beautiful ways individuals can experience attraction beyond gender binaries, but they have their unique flavors! Bisexuality is generally described as attraction to more than one gender. Bisexuals might feel attracted to different genders in different ways and to varying degrees.
Pansexuality, on the other hand, is under the bisexual umbrella and they feel attraction to people regardless of their gender. Pansexuals often describe their feelings as being attracted to the person, not their gender identity. Both identities embrace a spectrum of possibilities!
Honestly, pick your favorite flag and go with it. For me, I love the bisexual flag because it incorporates purple, but others love the pansexual flag for yellow.
Are you questioning? Take a peek at the bisexual reddit forum. It’s a great place to go for advice and to read up on other people’s experiences.
