Happy Spooky Season! This purple makeup inspiration look is inspired by a conversation Mickey and I had during Hurricane Milton. These photos were taken on my iPhone 15 Pro Max as my Canon 80D DSLR was having issues that day.
This feature contains a mix of PR and items purchased by me. All opinions my own.
Entertainment Thoughts
Dave and I have been on a binge-watching spree lately in our downtime outside of yoga, and I just have to share some of our latest obsessions with you!
After rewatching The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (I can’t believe I forgot how wild that ending was!), we’ve dived into Agatha All Along, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite Marvel series on Disney+! Agatha’s wit and charm are absolutely spellbinding.
Other Marvel hits we’ve loved include Loki and the latter half of WandaVision. While I felt the first few episodes of WandaVision were a bit slow (anyone else think they could’ve condensed those nostalgic TV homages into one episode?), the show really took off, and Agatha was an absolute standout! That’s why I’m over the moon about Agatha All Along—it’s everything I hoped for and more.
We’ve also been enchanted by Ghosts on Paramount+. It’s delightfully cute and perfect for a cozy night in. And don’t even get me started on The Legend of Vox Machina! We were sad to finish the latest episodes but thrilled to hear it’s been renewed for a fourth season!
On the movie front, I finally watched both Beetlejuice 2 and the new Deadpool & Wolverine movie. Beetlejuice 2 was a quirky and fun follow-up to the original—it captured the essence of the first film perfectly. As for Deadpool & Wolverine, it hit all the nostalgia points with its amazing cameos. If you’re a fan of either character, it’s a must-see!
What We Do in the Shadows
We’re also watching the final season of What We Do in the Shadows. I love that show so much and I’m sad it’s coming to a close.
What have you all been watching lately? Any recommendations for our next binge? I love all things vampire, werewolves, witches and fae related, though I’m not into gore or jump scares.
Purple Eyeshadow How to
This purple makeup look is very easy to recreate.
- After applying eyeshadow primer, use a flat synthetic brush to apply Melt Sour Grapes to the lid and wing it out in a cat eye shape. Don’t go above your crease. Make sure to line the outer half of the lower lid too.
- Pat Danessa Myricks Trance or a similar blue to violet duochrome to the outer half of the lid.
- Brush Devinah Frost Bane on the inner half of the lid.
- Use a smoky liner brush to apply Aromaleigh The End is Nigh along the lower lid.
- Finish with mascara or use cluster lashes for a more dramatic look.

Black Moon Cosmetics and Agatha All Along
Black Moon Cosmetics has some awesome makeup bundles for Agatha All Along. Thanks to Black Moon for sending me the Agatha the Witches’ Road Duo and the Agatha the Witches’ Road Trinity!
Agatha the Witches’ Road Duo
I featured Immortal liquid lipstick, from the Agatha the Witches’ Road Duo in this purple makeup look. This duo includes the beautiful warm purple Immortal liquid lipstick and Cosmos purple cosmic eyedust liquid eyeshadow.
To my eyes, Immortal reads more like a blackened burgundy wine than a purple on my skin tone. Cosmos shifts from purple to gold to pink and green on a black base.
Agatha the Witches’ Road Trinity
There’s also the Agatha the Witches’ Road Trinity. This trio is made up of the beautiful blue Sorrow, haunting green Myth, and warm purple Immortal liquid lipsticks.
I also love and recommend the Halloween duos from last year that include Recently Deceased, Dead but Delectable, and Pumpkin Patch. These cute cheek and lip duos are perfect for this time of year.
