What’s Alanna Gold Net Worth From Selling Sunset?

Alanna Gold is one of Selling Sunset‘s newest cast members and she’s already won the hearts of many dedicated viewers. The luxury real estate agent revealed a big not-so-secret with her colleagues and it’s gotten some heads to turn.

Alanna Gold joined Selling Sunset season 8 as a rookie real estate agent amid several departures from familiar cast members. She joins the Oppenheim team after a stint at another luxury real estate venture. She talked to People about her transition into real estate after she was set on another occupation. “I was originally studying to be a vet, so I was going to university and I got discovered for modeling in the middle of it,” she told the publication. “I took the opportunity because I’m actually allergic to animals, so that was not a good path for me.”

What is Alanna Gold’s Net Worth?

Alanna Gold’s net worth is estimated to be around $2 million according to multiple sources like The Tab and The Mirror. She shares her wealth with her husband Adam Gold who works in the private members club Living Room.

Alanna got her real estate license in 2021 during the COVID-19 Pandemic and worked for the Westside Estate Agency in Los Angeles from 2021 to 2023 according to her LinkedIn. She joined The Oppenheim Group in 2023.

How much is Alanna Gold’s town worth?

Jason Oppenheim offered Alanna $2.2 million on the spot for Pioneertown in Selling Sunset. However, the city is worth more than that, in monetary value and for sentimental value for Alanna. One acre is reportedly worth $228,000 and the town spans nearly 640 acres as an “all inclusive filming location.”

“We’ve always really loved it, and it was actually where we went for one of our first trips,” Alanna says of Pioneertown to People. “We always knew we wanted to own a piece of property out there or be a part of the community somehow. We kind of always assumed it was going to be through owning a home out there, which we do now, a place we call Cosmic Ranch.”

She continued, “In 2020, when we learned that a large portion of Pioneertown was for sale, we saw an incredible opportunity not only to strengthen our ties to the community but also to preserve a piece of history. Together with our remarkable partner, David Corso, we founded Pioneertown Land Management with a mission to restore Pioneertown to its original vision and purpose. We are fortunate to have the support of investor Gary Friedman, who shares our passion for this project.”

Though, a source told Distractify that Alanna and Adam don’t own Pioneertown, but instead own “Pioneertown Land Company, which owns six parcels out of thirty-five, around 10% by area of Pioneertown’s Historic Mane Street, which is the commercial center of the town. Mane Street itself is only 50 of Pioneertown’s 640 acres, meaning that the Pioneertown Land Company owns less than 0.7% of Pioneertown proper.”
