Dry eyes? If feel your pain! I’ve been struggling with the same for several years now. Actually, I don’t think I ever didn’t have a dry eye under eye! I want to blame it on eye but I think I’ve always struggled with the problem. If you have issues with dry eyes your concealer is never go to look smooth and you’ll experience creasing that makes you look way older than you actually are. Prepping is key when you apply concealer and the best prepping tool you can use is a good, hydrating concealer. But which are the best eye creams to choose for dry eyes? Well, the Sephora Spring Savings Event is here and I got a few picks I’m dragging out to recommend! I BET you can guess at least one that I have in this round up! If you said Hourglass Equilibrium Intensive Hydrating Eye Balm you guessed right. The vaseline-like is one of the most hydrating eye creams I’ve used for my dry eyes and one of the best to use if you have drier eyes. A little goes a long way with this one to not only hydrate but also, soften the look of lines that may look worst because you’re dry. I know I sound like a broken record but this one is absolutely on my top favorites when it comes to the best eye cream to choose for dry eyes.
Jump ahead for a few more favs plus some brand new eye creams that just launched for Spring 2024!
Speaking of Hourglass…! The Hourglass Equilibrium Instant Plumping Eye Mask is actually another fav of mine and P.S. although, they say tissue it off! I just leave it overnight and it gives me a well hydrated surface that helps my eye cream to absorb more fully in the AM!
Magic Cream is just not my thing (The exception to the rule is Magic Night Cream which is a whole other glorious story) but Charlotte’s Magic Eye Cream with Retinol is a win! This is on my top five when it comes to super hydrating eye creams! I’ve used this since it was introduced several years ago and it remains a fav for getting instant hydration!
If your eyes are still a bit on the dry side even after eye cream application I totally recommend Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Eye Base Cream & Primer! I prep with this everyday pre-concealer and it makes my concealer not only look amazing but prevents it from falling into my finer lines!
Biossance Squalane + Marine Algae Firming & Lifting Eye Cream is another fav! This one is packed with squalane and works great as a daily eye cream! It leaves eyes look refresh and provides water retaining moisture which makes eyes look smoother!
Last by not least, Youth to the People Dream Eye Cream with Vitamin C and Ceramides is a powerhouse when it comes to moisture! This is a very moisturizing eye cream that will soften finer lines as well! I know my finer looks look awful without moisturizer! This helps make them look way smoother!
